Welcome to our dedicated Subscribers page. Insight Knowledge publishes 15 international, high quality, peer-reviewed scientific journals, all of which are widely read and widely cited. Further details on each journal appear on the individual journal pages on this site. All the contents published in various journals of Insight Knowledge are linked by DOIs through CrossRef. The DOI, or digital object identifier, serves as a persistent, actionable identifier for intellectual property online. CrossRef is the official DOI registration agency for scholarly and professional publications, including journals, books, and other content types.
Ordering ProcedureTo order a journal subscription, please download the Journal Subscription Order Form and send duly filled form via e-mail (support@insightscimag.com) or via FAX (+44.207.979.0253) to Subscription Department with payment detail for further processing. Please note that subscriptions are entered on a calender year basis (January - December) and expire with the last issue of the last volume listed.
CurrencyWe accept payment in Pounds Sterling, Euros OR USD, customers can pay by cheque or credit card. We accept American Express, Visa and Mastercard. Please note that we no longer accept Diners or JCB and we cannot accept Visa Electron Cards. All checks should be payable to Insight Knowledge. Please don`t mention postal address or journal name on the check as title of account.
ClaimsClaims for missing issues are only accepted within 3 months of dispatch. If your order has been processed via a Subscription Agent, kindly contact them to claim the missing issue(s).
CancellationNo refunds will be made after the first issue of the journal for the year has been dispatched.
